Comparison of IC50 values of in vitro evaluation for α-glucosidase enzyme inhibition by MZSB extracts. IC50 values were presented as mean ± SD, p < 0.05. EMZSB showed a lower IC50 value of 119.79 ± 1.52 µg/ml than AEMZSB (129.92 ± 2.29 µg/m). However, acarbose (86.43 ± 1.26 µg/mL) was used as a reference standard.
