  1. No symptoms (Ns), dark green (DG) color and form a “hook” shape, (HS) on the midrib, reduced size (RS), brittle of blade leaves (BLB), gather at the top of plant making a resetting shape (RoS), light green blade (LGB), light green streaks (LGS) on midrib of leaves and LYS = light yellow blade streak on the midrib. Reaction of ELISA = (negative control 0.093 and positive control 0.473)
