Bioanalyzer results of total RNA isolated from lead and storage root of cassava. Electropherograms of the total RNA isolated from the leaf and storage root of cassava showed the 18S and 25S rRNA regions with RNA concentrations, RIN values, and results of rRNA analysis. The RIN values ranged between 7.1 and 8, which is optimal for obtaining good results in cDNA library construction and next-generation sequencing analysis
