Effect of EMZSB on blood glucose level in alloxan-induced diabetic rats. Values were presented as mean ± SEM (n = 6); statistics employed was two-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s multiple comparison test. Diabetic animals when treated with EMZSB 250 showed a significant (p < 0.01) reduction in the blood glucose levels on 21st day. $p < 0.001 when compared with normal control; *p < 0.05, and **p < 0.01 when compared with diabetic control.
