Callus induction from leaf explant on MS medium containing:2.5 mg/l BA + 1.0 mg/l NAA (a), 0.25 mg/l BA + 0.5 mg/l NAA (b), 1.0 mg/l BA + 0.5 mg/l NAA (c), green friable callus grown on MS + 2.5 mg/l BA + 0.5 mg/l NAA (d), creamy yellowish compact callus grown on MS + 0.25, 0.5, or 1.0 mg/l BA in combination with 1.0 mg/l NAA (e), and a deep green friable callus grown on MS + 3.0 mg/l BA + 1.0 mg/l NAA (f) after 4 weeks of cultivation
